Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (no 2-year degrees accepted)

• 0-2 years' experience

• Willing to accept a master’s degree



Required Technical Skills:

• Experience with electrical routing

• Blueprint reading



Preferred Technical Skills:

• Experience with Creo

• Manufacturing knowledge

• Schematics knowledge

• Previous work experience in electrical



Required Soft Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to adapt to the frequent priority shifts of changing business demand



Potential Travel - % and Locations:

• 0-25% locations – Peoria or Tucson



Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

• Create a sensor group

• Create and route harness

• Modify schematics

• Interpret prints and standards

• Design detail/model supporting brackets
