Job Description
Required Education
• High School Diploma or AAS or Bachelors
Required Qualification:
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
• Proficiency in using testing equipment and tools.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate data recording and result monitoring.
• Effective communication skills to relay test results to engineering personnel.
• Analytical skills to interpret test data and identify potential issues.
• Experience with destructive testing or failure analysis (preferred).
• Knowledge of reliability testing methodologies and product validation processes
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct product testing in the Reliability Test Lab to meet requirements set by the Product and Reliability Engineering teams.
• Follow guidance from the Reliability Test Manager, Lab Supervisor, and Test Engineers on safe work practices, equipment usage, and data recording.
• Perform assigned tests, document results accurately, and communicate findings to relevant engineering personnel.
• Execute teardown procedures, including destructive testing or “test to failure,” as part of product development.
• Verify and validate proposed or implemented design changes to ensure reliability and compliance with performance standards. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
