Job Description
Summary

Client Health IT Team is seeking a skilled Epic Resolute HB Analyst contractor to support the Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Stem Cell Therapies (SCT) services. In this role, you will work on billing analysis, Epic build management, testing, and implementation. The role requires expertise in Epic''s Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) for Single Billing Office (SBO) implementations, with a focus on transplant-related services. This position will ensure all work adheres to change control management standards and document the technical business requirements for the implementation of revenue cycle processes.

Responsibilities

Epic Certified SBO Hospital Billing Support and Services

Demonstrating hands-on Epic build experience in an HB Single Billing Office, skilled with process design and testing for applications with the Revenue cycle services for transplant BMT and SCT. Skilled in the areas of focus for Transplant Bundled Episodes of Care, Unique Billing WQ updates related to Transplant, WQ Monitoring, SmartText, Claims and KPI tracking.

Transplant HB Analyst

Support in lead responsibilities for the Revenue Cycle projects, enhancements and run the business operational Epic build development and integrated testing.

Project Management and Analysis

Oversight and support with existing Resolute Billing and Operational Billing teams, clinical customers, and project stakeholders to implement each enhancement as consistent with Epic Foundation design.

HB and Testing Analysis

• Experience validating and documenting system design and development with stakeholders and key committees for approvals.

• Demonstrated expert knowledge in Epic’s suite of revenue cycle products with a particular focus on Transplant service, process design and start to end testing for revenue cycle applications.

Documentation Support

Experience developing and coordinating a multi-phased test scenarios and executing test scenarios for Epic applications. Clearly document action items, key points, issues, and expected and final decisions agreed upon.

Lead Analyst Support

Participate or lead meetings with stakeholders from finance, clinical, billing office, information systems and operational departments.



Required Experience

• Epic Experience: Minimum of 5 years of recent experience managing and implementing Epic applications, including system review, testing, and support activities.

• Epic Certification: Current Epic certification in Resolute Hospital Billing Single Billing Office (SBO).

• Revenue Cycle Knowledge: Expertise in Epic''s revenue cycle products with a specific focus on Transplant services, process design, and testing for revenue cycle applications.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff at all levels and across multiple departments.

• Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex projects and work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
