Job Description
***Only qualified Traffic Specialist Project Manager candidates located near the Reynoldsburg, OH area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***



This Traffic Specialist / Marketing Lead will work very closely with Creative, Merchants and Business operations. He/she will assist the Campaign Specialist with managing timelines, calendars, distributing agendas/notes, routing campaign cross functionally for review, processing projects in Workfront, building campaign decks.



Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of Project management experience (or lead or coordination experience)

• Marketing Campaign experience

• Experience in Workfront

• Concise note taking

• Process oriented

• Strong communication skills

• Organized

• Motivated

• Detail Oriented

• Thrive in fast paced atmosphere



Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple calendars and timelines to ensure a smooth and efficient project completion

• Schedule cross functional meetings for the campaign team

• Create, capture, and publish clear agendas, recaps, campaign decks as assigned

• Track and document action items for accurate deliverables

• Refine, improve, and scale marketing processes to enhance speed and quality of delivery, standardizing processes for cross-discipline and cross-functional collaboration

• Coordinate and help maintain Seasonal and Thematic Calendars and Project Plans to ensure organizational awareness and alignment

• Regularly attend and participate in process meetings

• Leverage on-going learnings to evolve process efficiency for Marketing and Cross-Functional partners

• Collaborate with Marketing partners to prioritize work, manage key projects and resolve timing or workload concerns

• Support department leadership with special projects as required
