Job Description
Required Education:

• Required High School Diploma or GED



Required Experiences and Skills:

• Two (2) years’ relevant work experience

• Possess a valid driver’s license with no restrictions

• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs

• Participate in on-call rotation schedule

• Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekends and evenings as needed

• Preferred experience includes Delivery, warehouse, inventory, logistics, customer service, or medical field experience



Field Operations Associate Responsibilities:

Overtime based on business needs

On-call rotation, required

What you will do:



As a Field Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the distribution and delivery of products/services for our representatives and customers.



1. Responsible for accurate inventory tracking and record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting and optimizing inventory utilization

2. Prepare, ship, receive and schedule delivery of products; ensure timely delivery of sets and pick up/return loaner sets; field customer questions and direct to appropriate branch personnel

3. Create and/or review lists of delivery and pick-ups

4. Arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return) and at customer locations; read maps, and route configuration; load, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products

5. Provide customer service in surface transportation; record transactions and issues on customer receipts

6. Performs and/or schedules preventative and regular minor maintenance on company delivery vehicle, (fuel, fluid levels, tires, etc.), and keeps accurate maintenance records; advises supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required for the company vehicle.

7. Record sales or delivery information on daily sales or delivery record

8. Field customer complaints, address and communicate as necessary to Branch team members
