Job Description

Required Education:

• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required



Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• 1+ Years Leadership Role

• Strong understanding of Microsoft products

• Cash Flow Reconciliation experience

• The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a solid understanding of revenue cycle management

• You should have experience in managing teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment



Finance Supervisor Overview:

As a Supervisor in Revenue Cycle Cash Applications, you will oversee the daily operations of cash application processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in managing financial transactions. You will lead a team of cash application analysts and clerks, providing guidance and support to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.



Job Duties:

• Key responsibilities include monitoring cash posting activities, resolving discrepancies, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely application of payments

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, implement best practices, and enhance customer satisfaction

• This role is crucial in contributing to the overall financial health of the organization, ensuring that cash flow is maximized and accurately reported
