Job Description
***Only qualified Legal Financial Analyst candidates located near the Portland, OR area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
Required Education:
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Paralegal / financial analysis or accounting background
• 2-5 years of experience
• SAP Experience
• Excellent attention to detail, communicate clearly, be organized, deadline oriented and manage multiple projects at any given time
The legal PO management function is transferring from Corporate Legal to the business. Responsible for budget management of legal PO's and working closely with the legal team to create and manage PO's. In addition, will support the Budgets & Performance team with adhoc projects.
Job Details:
• Working with the legal team to create PR/ PO’s
• Ensuring there is enough budget / AC to cover these PO''s
• Verifying the AO is correct – Either reject or correct, sometimes PO requests for construction projects are sent and these need to go to the project manager
• In addition to Opex, this individual will be responsible for Capex PR/ PO's for legal as well
• Currently this is being managed by the Organic Growth team
• Title/ Land lease Legal PO's will also be managed by this individual
• In addition, adhoc task for the B&P team
