Job Description
Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field



Years of Experience:

• 10+ Years



Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in financial systems analysis, preferably with a focus on FPA systems and processes

• Expertise in Oracle Enterprise Planning tools, including Oracle PCM rule configuration, generation of custom reports

• Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale financial transformation projects

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

• Familiarity with data analysis and financial modeling techniques



Must-Have Skills:

• Oracle Enterprise Planning EPM - PCM Module Specifically



Nice-to-have Skills:

• Data analyst using SQL

• Process documentation

• Dashboarding, using Tableau



Client is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Contingent Worker to serve as a Finance Systems Specialist. This role requires an in-depth understanding of Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) systems and processes, proficiency with Oracle Enterprise Planning tools including Oracle PCM, and the ability to lead FPA transformation initiatives as a subject matter expert.



Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize FPA systems and processes to improve financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Utilize Oracle Enterprise Planning tools, including Oracle PCM, to develop and maintain robust financial models.

• Lead and manage FPA transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration of new systems.

• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to the finance team and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure system compatibility and data integrity.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities and understanding of new systems and tools.

• Document processes and create user manuals to support system users and maintain compliance with internal standards.
