Job details:
• PFM Asset Management (PFMAM) offers local government investment pools (LGIPs), cash and enhanced cash portfolios, short and intermediate-term fixed income, outsourced chief investment officer (OCIO), payment solutions (P-Card) programs, multi-manager mutual funds, structured products, and arbitrage rebate consulting.
• PFM works with organizations of all sizes across the nation and focuses solely on the public sector. Our clients include cities, counties, school districts, pension funds, utilities, and governmental insurance risk pools.
• We provide efficiencies necessary for our clients to deliver economical completive products while we protect their business interests and minimize risks.
• As a Transfer Agent for the LGIPs, we partner to create tailored solutions for specific needs and advise public sector institutions.?
• We helped develop the first local government investment pool (LGIP) and have since expanded our work across 18 programs with thousands of investors nationwide. We offer LGIPs in a variety of options tailored to each program or fund''s needs and objectives.
• Our approach to managing pools is to use a common infrastructure for operations while adapting programs to meet the specific needs of local government investors in a state.
• Efficient and detail-oriented individuals will be able to showcase their talents and develop long-lasting relationships through excellent verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate all incoming faxes received at PFMAM Client Services Group lines and distribute them as closely in real-time as possible to ensure smooth intradepartmental operations.
• Evaluate and distribute all Harrisburg, PA office location correspondence imaged and routed from the Internal Operations department.
• Gather and prepare Research Team Daily Folders for regular review by principal signer; ensure all required documents are present and coordinate with Research Analysts to maintain accurate record keeping of daily fund operations.
• Aid Research Team in response to quarterly and annual audits by retrieving requested documents from internal applications.)
• Promptly process client forms as assigned by PFMAM Client Relations and Research Teams necessary for PFMAM LGIP account maintenance in internal systems per all organization compliance policies.
• Promptly review and approve client formwork processed by Research Analysts.
• Provide ad hoc assistance to Research Team projects and initiatives.
• Participate in a culture of continuous improvement, risk-based thinking, and employee engagement, which is driven by our ISO 901 certification.
