Job Description
Education:

Minimum High School Diploma


Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment assisting members.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulations.
• To be knowledgeable in understanding/performing/troubleshooting a broad variety of member service requests such as transactions, basic account maintenance and card-related activities.
• Assisting members in Digital Banking Services.
• Have full knowledge of products and services and the ability to offer products/services to members appropriately which contributes to the retention and building of financial relationships with our member.
• Utilizing strong customer service skills through both verbal and written communication.
