Job Description
Required Education:

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree



Preferred Education/Certification:

• Change Management Professional™ (CCMP) or Prosci® Change Practitioner certification.



Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• 7–15 years of deep experience in Executive Communications, Change Management, Large-Scale Global Transformations, or Consulting

• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages that resonate with diverse audiences

• Successful track record in driving and embedding change for complex, global strategic initiatives at a scale similar to Client

• Yammer/Viva Engage experience required

• Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)

• Agile and resilient, with the ability to quickly adapt to change, foster relationships, and continuously learn

• Experience working in fast-paced environments, partnering with multiple stakeholders across functions and business units across multiple projects



Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Experience creating short, engaging video content

• Track record of successfully embedding change for large, strategic, global, complex initiatives enabled by new capabilities across the organization, with similar complexity as Client

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with continuous change



Position Overview:

As the Global Procurement Change and Communications Lead, you will be part of a high-performing team skilled in diagnosing, designing, and executing change management and communication strategies that drive engagement, adoption, and transformation across Client's Procurement organization.

In this role, you will partner closely with the Procurement Chief of Staff and Procurement Change Lead to implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with business priorities, fosters transparency, and enhances employee engagement. Simultaneously, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing change management strategies for specific programs, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.

You will be responsible for crafting clear, compelling messaging that resonates with diverse stakeholders, developing targeted communication plans, and leveraging various internal channels (e.g., SharePoint, Yammer/Viva Engage, MS Teams) to effectively reach employees. Additionally, you will drive change impact workshops, leadership engagement sessions, and training initiatives, ensuring employees and leaders are equipped to navigate change successfully.

This role requires strong storytelling skills, and the ability to work across complex, global initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Your contributions will help embed a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement within Procurement at Client.



Job Details:

• Develop and execute a Communications strategy that ensures clear, consistent messaging aligned with business priorities to enhance engagement and transparency

• Craft compelling narratives, messaging, and visual assets for internal communications channels (e.g., Viva Engage/Yammer, MS Teams, SharePoint, Leader Videos, Townhalls) to inspire, engage and inform employees

• Manage the editorial calendar, oversee key communication platforms, and balance stakeholder input to optimize reach and impact

• Assist Procurement Chief-of-Staff, Procurement Change Lead and leaders in driving transformation by providing strategic messaging guidance and communication plans and tactics

• Regularly engage with stakeholders and proactively manage communications channels to identify communication opportunities and ensure alignment with organizational goals

• Oversee and enhance the effectiveness of key communication channels

• Design and implement change plans, communication strategies, and training strategies tailored to people impact

• Facilitate leadership interviews, change impact workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessions to drive adoption and mitigate risks

• Craft compelling change narratives, success stories, and program-level key messages (e.g., program case for change, WIIFM, success stories) and socialize them across multiple channels such as Viva Engage/Yammer, MS Teams, SharePoint

• Map key stakeholders across functions and regions and steers program-level engagements

• Establish metrics to assess change readiness, employee adoption, and the effectiveness of change initiatives

• Proactively address resistance and implement strategies for smooth transitions

• Conduct training needs assessments and develop quick reference guides that align with system, process, and behavioral changes

• Partner with business leaders, HR, and local change networks to embed and sustain transformation efforts
