Duration: 10+ Months (high possibility of extension or conversion into full time)



Job Description:

As Global Talent Acquisition Operations Project Manager you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and implementing sustainable solutions for managing and leading the evolution of key strategic initiatives. This position emphasizes continuous improvement of user and stakeholder experiences. You’ll employ a consultative approach to collaborate deeply with all levels of the organization, aligning cross-functionally with various business groups and teams. Your curiosity, objectivity, and analytical skills will be crucial in bringing innovative ideas to life, driving significant change and impact.

The Talent Operations, Technology, and Analytics (OTA) team is at the heart of the organization, ensuring teams have the tools, processes, training, and insights needed to achieve business objectives and communicate their impact. We are problem solvers, equally analytical and pragmatic, capable of inspiring change while ensuring our key partners feel included and empowered.



You will:

Project management and operational excellence: oversee and lead a cross-functional projects, continuously evolving processes and tools to improve operational efficiency.

Process improvement and innovation: use data to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Collaboration and partnership: work closely with internal and external partners, to gather input on technology and data needs and ensure effective implementation and adoption of changes.

Tech and data management: manage day-to-day operations of Non-ATS tools in the talent acquisition tech stack.

Training and change management: design and deliver training and change management to enhance team skills.

Quantify and socialize project impact : utilize quantitative and qualitative measures to report on the health and impact of strategic initiatives.



You have:

• 5+ years’ experience in global project and change management, implementing new talent/people technology and data products (preferably within a talent acquisition/recruiting org).

• Experience optimizing an ATS (workday preferred), with deep expertise in user workflows and candidate journey.

• Experience evolving global hiring processes, partnering with users to inform difficulties, ensure enhancements meet requirements, and contribute to solutions.

• Track record of delivering comprehensive enablement plans that ensure team engagement, adoption of changes, and consistent delivery of positive experiences. Your job’s not finished on launch day.

• You have a high sense of accountability and attention to detail as well as broad skills that enable you to solve a wide range of high priority and visibility projects

• Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels.

• Ability to simplify complex problems into clear, actionable recommendations.

• A growth mindset with a passion for feedback, able to objectively incorporate input from key partners.

• Team mentality, passion, and willingness to learn new ways of working, managing, and leading regardless of past experiences.
