Education:
• Bachelor''s degree (B.S.) or equivalent required.
• PHR and PMP are a plus.
Work Experience:
• Three to five years of experience within HRIS and project arenas, including a proven ability to improve internal processes and upgrade current technologies.
• Knowledge of HRIS, management reporting, and payroll processes within an UltiPro environment required.
• Demonstrated expertise in UltiPro HRIS, payroll, and business processes with the ability to take ownership of overall HRIS systems and processes.
• Reporting and business intelligence (Cognos 8) experience, including systems setup and organization, as well as ongoing reporting to meet business needs.
• General knowledge and experience within Human Resources (e.g., compensation and benefits) with the ability to apply technical solutions to solve business problems effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, project management experience, time management skills, excellent attention to detail, ability to maintain confidential information, and ability to work well in a team environment.
Technical Skills:
• Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated.
• Knowledge of information technology and compensation best practices.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent spreadsheet, database, and presentation software skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels and operation units of the organization.

Language / Communication Skills:
• Excellent communication skills for correspondence with internal and external customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals possessing varying degrees of technical and functional knowledge.

Required Skills:
• Sound understanding of UltiPro as an admin, as well as some experience with HR.
• Experience with HRIS configuration to resolve issues.
• Cross-training opportunity with Workday, which is highly desirable.
• Reporting experience with any version of Cognos/IBM reporting or ReportSmith.
• Experience with JIRA/SNOW or a ticketing system is highly desirable.
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, HRIS, the HRIS Analyst will be responsible for HRIS systems set up and maintenance, changes, testing and troubleshooting, process improvements, data integrity, systems security and year-end support. The Analyst, HRIS will aid in auditing changes within systems to insure proper controls and assist in recommending and establishing new controls. Responsibilities further include management reporting and data feeds in conjunction with IT and external vendors, as well as assisting in assigned HRIS related projects, as needed.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with HR internal customers to analyze HRIS requirements and develop and implement various HRIS procedures.
• Prepare customized reports and assist in the design of custom ad hoc reports.
• Resolve queries, ensure accuracy, and prepare business documents; provide upgrades if required.
• Monitor HRIS systems and maintain data integrity.
• Assist in designing and maintaining codes and tables, prepare reports for HR systems and applications.
• Analyze systems to resolve issues and escalate complex issues to the Sr. Manager of HRIS and Analytics.
• Create test scenarios and assist project team members in performing tests to ensure processes work according to predetermined goals.
• Assist in testing and implementing file feeds and interfaces for any add-on technology to the HRIS system.
• Support the execution and/or monitoring of all scheduled import/export interfaces and files to third-party vendors.
• Execute internal processes and perform audits to ensure system integrity; collaborate with functional users to develop business processes for various HR systems.
• Assist in auditing and reviewing changes within HRIS systems to ensure proper controls and separation of duties; establish new controls as needed.
• Coordinate system and security administration for multiple HRIS/Payroll related systems.
• Develop and conduct a robust training program, provide end-user support and assistance to HRIS users.
• Work with external vendor UltiPro and other service providers to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely exchange of information.
• Manage the HRIS Mailbox, respond to questions raised by Field and Corporate HR.
• Run queries/reports, analyze data, identify trends, and prepare reports and presentations with rationale and conclusions.
• Assist with all non-union HRIS data entry as needed.
• Provide support to the HR team for projects and tasks as required. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
