Job Description
***Only qualified Help Desk Analyst candidates located in the North Chesterfield, VA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
Required Skill/Experience
• Advanced computer skills are required: 8 Years
• Ability to multitask and to determine root cause of problems and implement solutions: 8 Years
• Ability to resolve issues by gathering and analyzing data, reasoning logically, and drawing valid conclusions: 8 Years
• Proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook): 8 Years
Description:
The incumbent is responsible for assisting and providing customer support, by telephone, email and other means, as part of a larger effort by the Client to improve communications with the public and customer services.
In addition will:
• Become familiar with Client services
• Answer questions from the public, business, government agencies and others
• Identify the root cause of problems and implement solutions by gathering and analyzing available information
• Track incoming calls and email requests for assistance
• Perform other duties as assigned

Location: North Chesterfield, VA

The person selected for this position will work full-time onsite at North Chesterfield, VA. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
