Must-Have Skills-

•Impeccable HRBP judgment which demonstrates strategic thinking and strong business acumen

•Ability to successfully navigate and thrive in the midst of great complexity and change (being a HRBP supporting a function that is embedded rather than hard lining into a business/product area is VERY hard and requires engaging with a LOT more stakeholders to get all the context that is needed to successfully do their role and provide direction/steer... ....so super resilient, resourceful and savvy

•They need to move fast (in a thoughtful way) bc they will constantly be context switching which will mean constantly reprioritizing and the work is both strategic and tactical.

•They also will need to have worked in tech to be familiar with product, swe, pm, xfn model, etc.



Nice to have skills-

•HRBP experience (like how to coach leaders, own and drive org change, diagnose etc.) as well as being a good human who is nice, curious and team oriented



•Degrees/certifications required?

Master's in Business in HR

Job description

•Provide both hands-on and strategic partnership to highly complex Tech Analytics functions embedded within key client Product organizations.

•Quickly develop deep and effective partnerships across the business and HR to ensure targeted, effective and comprehensive organizational effectiveness strategies, solutions, and coaching to all levels of the organization.

•Lead organizational effectiveness strategies for the business including strategic planning, visioning, organizational planning, talent assessment, change management and team development.

•Proactively assess team, manager, organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.

•Manage and facilitate all talent management programs and processes including the overall Performance Cycle throughout the year.



HR Business Partner with 10+ years of experience in technical, global, highly matrixed and complex organizations scale and optimize their business. Premier coach and consultant with ability to coach and influence across all levels of the organization. Masterfully navigates complex and rapidly changing businesses and environments while delivering effective, impeccable and impactful organizational effectiveness solutions. Ability to develop deep understanding of the business as well as deep partnerships in the business and across all of HR.



•Qualifications

•10+ years' experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role,

•2+ years' experience supporting tech organizations,

•4+ years supporting global and highly matrixed organizations, demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing and navigating risk relative to the business, Impeccable consulting, coaching and facilitation skills, Highly effective communication and critical thinking skills, demonstrates project management and change management experience, demonstrates experience in diagnosing then influencing and strategically solving problems
