Job Description
Required Education.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Required Experience.
• Experience in HR Operations, Call Center, and Service Industry.
• Customer Service experience is needed.

People & Organization(P&O) Service Center Support will be the first point of contact to support Associates, Line Managers, and P&O Business Partners by building relationships with these stakeholders and educating them on Client culture, policies, practices, and applications such as the MyP&O Portal and iTMS. Deliver consistent results through strong customer focus and a commitment to service delivery excellence. Ensure delivery of best-in-class solutions, enabled by technology and guided by the Associates concept and the 5 principles.
Responsibilities.
• Responsible for a centralized human resources department supporting more than one segment/region/ country. This includes, but is not limited to, P&O Communications, addressing Associates' queries and questions on different P&O programs, and executing all P&O-related transactions.
Assignment Level Descriptor:
• Is a first-line manager (Line Manager 1) but can be the second LM of a team with Technical Leadership (Technical) and some Business Operations roles.
• Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with others.
• Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures, and business plans; receives guidance and oversight from the manager.
This is typically an Assignment with significantly more authority and responsibility at this Assignment level. It should be selected to recognize differences that are not enough to be represented by a separate Assignment level, such as increased proficiency in skills/competencies to perform responsibilities, greater impact on the business unit, customer, segment, geography, etc. May also provide guidance or leadership to other Associates.
