HR Talent Management Administrative Support Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Talent Management Admin Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the HR Talent Management team, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the overall success of our talent management initiatives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is essential for this role.



Job Duties:

• Administrative Support: Assist the HR Talent Management team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.

• Data Management: Assist with document creation, summarizing data and preparing electronic documents.

• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions, hiring events, and onboarding activities.

• Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding and hiring process for new hires, including preparing orientation sessions and coordinating with other departments.

• Project Assistance: Support HR projects and initiatives by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant labor laws and regulations.

• Daily Tasks: Email, meeting participation, meeting notes, customer interactions follow ups, document creation, event planning, team interactions
