Job Description
Education:

•HS Diploma/GED Required

•BS Degree preferred (not required)



Must-have Skills:

•10+ years of experience

•IT controls experience in relation to financial impact

•SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) experience

•Strong EQ (Emotional Intelligence/Empathy) and interpersonal skills



Nice-to-Have Skills:

•Big Tech experience

•Understanding of ads revenue/understanding of impression



Requirements:

•Strong understanding of IT risks related to ADS, Payins specific to revenue processes

•Experience with SOX compliance and internal audit

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•Ability to influence key stakeholders and drive process improvement



Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT SOX Internal Auditor to join our Global SOX Internal Audit team.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality, complex audits of SOX programs, risk areas, or initiatives, working around complex technology and application environments and across different business processes.



Key Responsibilities:

•Manage and deliver high-quality, complex audits of SOX programs, risk areas, or initiatives

•Advise and guide management on how to maintain and build robust IT SOX controls

•Identify areas of weakness, inefficiency, and influence key stakeholders around process improvement

•Understand the full range of IT risks related to ADS, Payins specific to revenue processes

•Help guide business owners in defining best practices and effective value-added risk mitigation plans

•Build a solid foundation for the Internal Audit department

•Serve as a trusted advisor to primary business partners in the Accounting, Infrastructure, Monetization, and Risk teams



Day to Day Responsibilities:

•Working with service provider managers and engineering teams to see where there are issues and find solutions

•Assess any new controls if a new project comes up

•Assess impact of new projects on financials

•BAU for SOX Program

•Monthly and Quarterly reporting to stakeholders
