Job Description
Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field



Preferred certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent



Required Skills

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital project management, preferably within the insurance industry

• Brokerage user experience required

• Digital solutions experience required

• Portal workflow

• Digital Project Management: Proven experience in managing digital projects within the insurance industry

• Brokerage Knowledge: In-depth understanding of brokerage operating models and industry-specific processes

• Behavioral Insights: Ability to recognize and address typical behavioral biases in digital solution design

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in the insurance sector

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and deliver innovative solutions



We are seeking a skilled Digital Project Manager with a deep understanding of brokerage operating models and typical behavioral biases. The ideal candidate will lead client onboarding projects, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition for new clients.



Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage client onboarding projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations

• Digital Solutions Implementation: Develop and implement digital solutions to streamline the client onboarding process

• Behavioral Insights Application: Utilize knowledge of typical behavioral biases to enhance user experience and client satisfaction

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with client onboarding projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular reports to senior management
