Job Description
Required Education:
No minimum education requirements, eagerness to learn.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Proficient skills in desktop computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and general data entry ability in multiple internal and web-based applications.
• Ability to proactively think, ability to review & update data for accuracy, team contributor willing to provide thoughts/suggestions, etc. over time/as you get acclimated
• An eye for investigative/problem-solving skills.

Summary:
• We are part of the Compliance Department team of 10.
• Assists in processing insurance-related requests and data entry, assists with license renewals, etc.
• Update data based on reports, run quality control reports and update as necessary, find gaps using quality control reports and provide that information to manager, process license renewals or appointment requests.
• Neighborhood environment, no assigned desks

Interview process:
Potentially one round of interviews with the Licensing & Registration Manager.
The Licensing & Registration manager will manage the interview scheduling, and it will be a Microsoft Teams meeting on camera.

Parking:
In terms of parking, if you are parking in the ramp, it's about $40/month, but if you are parking on the surface lot outside, it's about $5/day.


Additional Details:
No overtime required, but may be available at times.
Maybe a chance for conversion; nothing open at this time, but a possibility.
