Job Description

Required Education:

• High School Diploma or Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.



Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• 1 - 3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset to anticipate and resolve issues.



Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

• Knowledge of service parts inventory management best practices.



Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Parts Inventory Manager to oversee the management of medium and slow-moving service parts inventory. In this critical role, you will ensure optimal inventory levels while maintaining a high service standard for our dealer network. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, effective coordination with suppliers, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving inventory issues.



Job Duties:

• Inventory Management: Maintain appropriate inventory levels of medium and slow-moving parts to meet service requirements and minimize stockouts.

• Forecasting & Order Planning: Analyze historical data and market trends to develop accurate forecasts and order projections.

• Supplier Coordination: Place orders, expedite shipments, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

• Data Analysis & Issue Resolution: Perform regular data analysis to identify potential part issues, supply chain trends, and areas for improvement.

• Reporting & Documentation: Generate detailed inventory reports, track performance metrics, and present findings to key stakeholders.

• Special Projects: Take ownership of additional assignments and contribute to special projects as needed.
