Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Experience in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, shipping, and planning.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve floor issues efficiently.

• Proficiency in SAP, DFCS, ADMS, and Microsoft Excel, Lotus Notes, and other PC software.

• Ability to work with complex computer applications and multiple operating environments (Windows, DOS, Mainframe).

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

• A team player with the ability to train and guide others in inventory and order management processes.



Inventory Clerk Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control & Order Processing Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining system accuracy, managing inventory discrepancies, and ensuring seamless order processing. You will work closely with Quality, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Receiving teams to support daily operations and optimize workflows. Inventory Clerk Duties:

• Inventory Management: Audit and reconcile inventory across DFCS, SAP, and ADMS to ensure system accuracy. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in real time.

• Order Processing: Manage customer order queues, release deliveries, resolve inventory holds, and cancel orders as needed.

• Quality & Compliance: Process rejected, expired, and short-dated products while coordinating with Quality and Manufacturing teams for rework, destruction, or quarantine.

• System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor system error logs and proactively resolve issues, escalating as necessary.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile, analyze, and report key distribution metrics to drive efficiency and decision-making.

• Training & Support: Assist in employee training and provide support to Distribution and Receiving during peak demand periods.

• Cold Storage Handling: Work in cold storage/freezers at -20°C or colder as required.

• Flexibility: Ability to work overtime as necessary and operate at multiple sites.
