Job Description


***25% estimated local travel, SW Washington and Vancouver metro area, Portland metro area and potentially to smaller facilities in Salem and Eugene. The majority of travel would be in the Portland metro.***

Education required

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business, Social Science, Public Administration or related field and Minimum six (6) years’ experience in human resources or business operations.



Preferred Education

Master’s degree in human resources, Business, Social Science, Public Administration or related field. Senior Human Resources Professional Certification (SHRM-SCP or SPHR). Human Resources Professional Certification (SHRM-





Specific Systems Knowledge Required:

• MS Office programs



Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred:

• Salesforce or other HRIS



Job Duties

• HR workplace investigations and drafting investigation reports, consultation on findings of investigations, collaboration with HR colleagues on investigation best practices

• Work with HR and business partners to deliver solutions on employee or labor relations issues,

• Conducts and partners on HR investigations.

• Conducts reporting of Company employee information and external benchmarks and support HR compliance.









Top Skillsets needed

• Union Experience

• HR investigation experience,

• Strong communication skills verbally and in writing

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple investigation cases and their deadlines



Skillset Preferred

• Three (3) years’ experience as an HR generalist or working across multiple HR disciplines.

• Three (3) years health care experience.

• Three (3) years labor relations experience.

• Three (3) years human resources consulting experience.

• Two (2) years’ experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.

• Three (3) years’ experience working cross-functionally across departments, functions, or business lines.

• Three (3) years organizational development experience.
