Job Description


Hybrid position: 3 days in office at the candidate's preference. Other 2 days remote

EXCEPT TRAINING: They will be required to go into the office on the 3 days that their trainee does.



Hourly Rate: $22/hr



Parking -- $40.00 monthly. Other options and lots are available that are close.



Job Description:

• We are looking for a candidate who is organized and likes structure.

• Someone who can multitask but is detail-orientated.

• Can work in a fast-paced environment.

• Quick to respond and quick to raise questions when concerned about a process.

• Candidate needs to have basic computer skills; they might need to troubleshoot minor tech problems.





Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and reconciling all output processing (statements, books and record letters, client letters, trade confirms, etc).

• Create and send verification letters for clients.

• Research client inquiries as they pertain to output, and documents and escalate/resolve them with the vendor.

• Employee will interact with internal teams and our print vendors (Broadridge and RR Donnelly). All interactions will be through email or teams' meetings.

• MS Office applications - excel and access databases used daily. Email and teams used daily



Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.

• Four or more years of related experience



Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Thorough knowledge of assigned business unit policies, plans, procedures, products, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Ability to work as part of a project team.

• Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills.

• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications



Interview Process:

Interviews will be onsite in person (When arriving for an interview, they should park in the front of the building in the "visitor" spots.)
