Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience



Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Application Designing, Architecture, and Development roles

• Extensive experience in system technical analysis and programming of software applications

• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

• Demonstrated technical leadership in executing complex projects

• Proficient in Domain-Driven Design, OpenShift-based development, and testing automation

• Proficiency in Angular, Java, J2EE-based design patterns, and interface contract implementation between microservices

• Hands-on development experience with the latest Java, Spring Boot, Oracle database, KAFKA, Angular, and Microservices Architecture

• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

• Ability to create high-quality technical design diagrams/solutions and present them to the team or management



Overview:

The Applications Development Technology Lead Architect is responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead application systems analysis and programming activities.

The Lead Architect is responsible for designing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.



Job Duties:

• Independently develop code and build test automation

• Act as a Tech SME in a scrum team to ensure the scrum output meets the definition of done with optimum quality

• Guide or groom team members technically to some extent

• Drive the technical design of complex projects assigned to the scrum team and create high-quality technical design documents

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and work with the production support team to address stability problems independently

• Motivate and drive technical transformation change within the scrum team by overcoming multiple barriers

• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions, identify and define necessary system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements

• Resolve high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards

• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint

• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of how business areas such as architecture and infrastructure integrate to accomplish business goals

• Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions

• Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary

• Assess risk when making business decisions, safeguard client and company assets, and drive compliance with laws, regulations, and policies while applying ethical judgment
