Job Description
***Only qualified Learning Program Manager candidates located near the Atlanta, GA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***



Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field



Skills & Requirements:

• 3+ years of project coordination/management experience in a corporate environment

• Experience leading projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and various business/technology groups

• Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines

• Strong understanding of project management concepts and techniques

• Effective communication skills with personnel at all levels

• Proven leadership and team-driving capabilities

• Passionate and quick to learn new technologies

• Self-starter with a proactive approach to challenging situations



The Learning Program Manager role will report to the Employee Experience Hub as part of the Talent & Development Experience team. This role will work closely with the Learning Delivery managers to ensure an excellent experience for associates attending our customized programs.



Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support flagship Learning Programs including Stepping into Leadership, Core Leadership Development, and Change Management

• Assist with coordination and production of client global onboarding program (AOCX)

• Participate in cross-functional work routines, documenting sprint planning and project needs

• Oversee and coordinate milestones and deadlines, effectively communicating team progress and task statuses

• Identify and escalate risks and issues
