Job Description
Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience. Minimum of 2 years experience in the legal industry is highly desired.



Legal Onsite Service Specialist Responsibilities:

• Seeking candidates who are responsible for printing, copying, scanning, and helping maintain kitchens and coffee bars.

• They will also be delivering mail, sending out overnight packages, and regular mail. Must have experience with copy/print and mail duties.

• There is no extensive lifting, standing, or walking.

• They are not required to lift over 50 lbs.

• Any heavy lifting is done with two people.

• Candidates should be a person with customer service experience is optimal.

• Some office experience but not necessary as they will be trained.

• Office and some hospitality is helpful.



The dress code is business casual. Slacks and a polo shirt are fine. No tennis shoes. Must be neat in appearance. No facial tats or that cannot be covered with clothing.
