The main function of the Legal Operations Analyst/Law Enforcement Outreach Associate CW is to perform a variety of legal and administrative duties in support of a business unit or specific department within an organization.

Drafting training decks and rolling out training to Legal teams re mandatory operational processes
Revamp of Law Enforcement Outreach Wiki section
Maintenance of law enforcement single point of contact building project for the global team Maintain Team Roster & Email distros
Maintain Crisis Response Workplace Chat Membership for Outreach
Maintain the Client level Outreach Wiki
Maintain the Team Wiki
Maintain the Master LE Outreach Presentation for Client/IG
Maintain the Master LE Outreach Presentation for WA
Maintain Team Emergency Contact Info
Maintain Team Countries of Responsibilities
Maintain CENTRA/ER/SPOC contacts/databases
Engage with the law enforcement who are escalating issues in our reporting that need to be resolved.
Engage with internal XFN teams on high risk escalations from LE that would result in proactive reporting out to NCMEC. This would include Child Sex Trafficking (CST), financial sextortion, grooming of minors and sexual contact cases with minors.
Gather feedback from law enforcement on our escalations from our investigative teams.
Skills and experience
Prior background working with law enforcement or a the law enforcement community Superior data analytical skills and distilling recommendations
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (and knowledge of SharePoint and PowerBI)
Experience with metric driven processes and technology improvements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to work independently, be organized, and manage one's time.
Strong ability to create relationships with XFN teams
Comfortable with giving and receiving feedback
Work to improve cross-functional relationships with internal teams
Ability to multi-task and change direction quickly
Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation Communicate daily with internal partners and externally with law enforcement contacts, while exhibiting the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy and diplomacy
Track, prioritize, and assign all incoming written and oral communications, as necessary, to appropriate team member for response .
