Required Education:

• High School Diploma or GED



Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• 2 years of administrative, loan, or related customer experience

• Fluent in English and Spanish

• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Ability to learn additional systems as needed

• Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts

• Ability to work in a team environment when applicable

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and proof-reading skills

• Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation



Overview:

The Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for processing lender notifications, lien searches, file scanning, processing Transfer & Assumptions, Rewrites as well as the day-to-day support of the entire Loan/Lease Closing department (Documentation, Audit and Funding).

We provide convenient access to financing for business equipment and technology and serves small organizations to Fortune 500 companies with programs that benefit manufacturers, distributors and direct to businesses nationwide. Our finance specialization covers several segments, including technology, healthcare, hospitality, franchise, commercial vehicles, and other markets. We strive to be the premier provider of customized finance programs that add value to our customers'' businesses.



Job Duties:

• Actively communicates daily with assigned sources, brokers, and vendors on transaction and funding status of leases/loans

• Prepares Documentation Worksheets to include proper structure and pricing of the transaction

• Creates document packages

• Takes responsibility for communicating with customers, vendors, brokers, sources and internal sales to obtain any missing items not returned with the documentation package to properly close transactions

• Adheres to policies and procedures requirements for documentation and funding

• Takes responsibility for timely filing UCC’s and review lien searches

• Processes site inspections and reviews results

• Ensures all credit contingencies have been satisfied

• Requires properly prepared invoices and obtain sales quotes

• Resolves issues to facilitate the funding of lease/loan transactions

• Works under limited supervision following established guidelines and procedures

• Responsible for conducting verbal verifications with customers

• Retrieves, scans and/or delivers mail to proper individuals

• Follows up on post-loan closing items

• This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act
