Job Description
Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Must demonstrate good safety and quality practices.

• Must be flexible and willing to work overtime and alternate shifts as needs arise.

• Ability to work independently; follows written and oral instructions; good communication skills

• 0 to 2 years experienced with Control Panel Manufacturing

• Ability to work effectively with team members at all levels.

• Good attendance is required.

• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

• Client employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.





Manufacturing Technician Summary:



• Ability to read electrical schematic and sub-panel layout drawings along with other production/manufacturing instructions to assemble electrical panels.

• Work with production lead or senior technician to resolve semi-complex manufacturing issues and participates in troubleshooting activities on panel assemblies

• Upholds all applicable codes, standards and manufacturing workmanship guidelines on panel assemblies.

• Participates and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

• Helps develop estimates of requirements arising from process changes

• Must be able to interface and communicate effectively with the manufacturing team and hardware engineering to ensure completion of tasks and projects.

• Ensures manufacturing Safety supporting Zero Harm Culture (ZHC).
