Job Description

Required Qualifications:
• Ability to critically assess a project or process to identify and communicate improvement opportunities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate requirements, communicate status, and interface with internal and external team members
• Must be highly organized and have a proven history of multi-tasking
• Ability to learn and communicate the essence of the Client brand
• Experience with SQL (Required)
• Previous experience with Adobe Campaign, Unica, etc. desired
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous work with or understanding of databases is a plus
Our client is seeking an Email Marketing Analyst for their Campaign Operations. This individual must have hands-on experience with SQL and a campaign orchestration tool (such as Adobe Campaign). This role entails supporting our campaigns, encompassing email, direct mail, push notifications, and SMS, achieved through the creation, refinement, and meticulous testing within our campaign platform.
Email Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:
• Flawlessly create, critically assess, and meticulously oversee campaigns
• Forge direct connections with cross-functional teams
• Proactively detect issues and opportunities and propose effective solutions
• Dive into troubleshooting and research and recommend precise remedies
• Navigate the world of ad-hoc data requests, ensuring every solution aligns with our evolving needs
• Monitoring of triggers and workflows
• Ensure the integrity of the client brand through the support of CCPA/GDPR requests
