Job Description
Required Skills:

• Event management and execution, Account Management, Program and Project management.

• Experience: 5-10 years B to B event management or related experience with proven success managing medium-large scale hosted events, tradeshows and conferences.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications or related field.



Professional Qualifications:

• Solid professional presence and ability to interact with multiple points of contact across functional groups at various career level, including executives.

• Proactive, self-starter who is motivated and driven to make a difference within the team.

• Accountable and engaged.

• Attention to detail and high-quality work outputs.

• Budget management and financial reporting skills.

• Well, organized with program management skills and an ability to manage multiple work streams and programs simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Has experience with all aspects of event planning and execution, works will both independently and as part of a team, has experience managing multiple workstreams/event simultaneously, has experience with complex events, strong project manager, proven success working with challenging stakeholders, solid professional presence, proactive, proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, strong attention to detail. Domestic travel may be required.

• Must have experience managing several events at once. Must be able to work with multiple stakeholders.

EMT Manager

Manage Client involvement in multiple events for aligned entities, including handling all aspects of event execution. Working with the Events Leads (and entity marketing leads), develop conference, sponsorship and association relationships and approaches, with a focus on innovative, new ideas to increase engagement. Manage multiple complex (large-scale, executive-level) events simultaneously. Successfully negotiate with various conference and event providers to ensure highest return on investment.



Coordinate and manage all aspects of event program including:

• Event planning.

• Event execution (logistics management including venue selection, catering, invitation process, on-the-ground planning, policy overview, etc.).

• Conference sponsorships and Speaking engagements.

• Liaise with and manage multiple stakeholder relationships both inside Client and with outside organizations/vendors.

• Budget management.

• Post-event close/wrap (including event analytics, documentation, surveys, etc.).
