Job Description
***Only Material Coordinator and Planner candidates located near the Dubuque IA area are to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
Required Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Management, Business Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field OR 2-3 years of equivalent work experience
Required Qualification:
•Experience in Supply Management or Manufacturing
•2+ years of experience in Supply Management or Manufacturing
•Proficiency in SAP and data analytics
•Experience with Material Flow and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Required Soft Skills:
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
•Excellent communication, people, and relationship management skills
•Ability to analyze information and make sound business decisions
•Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively
Material Planner''s Job Description:
•Procure, expedite, and deliver materials to production departments on time.
•Resolve inventory errors and expedite parts to prevent production delays.
•Work on critical shortage reports to ensure part availability.
•Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve material availability gaps.
•Support production operators in finding and resolving material shortages.
•Implement outputs from engineering release and change management processes.
•Audit materials to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
•Manage deviations and adjustments in the material flow process. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
