Job Description
Required Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent



Preferred Licenses/Certifications:

• Project Management certification



Required Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in IT or project management

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience working with technical teams and customer-facing platforms is a plus

• Ability to analyze technical data and translate it into clear project insights



Responsibilities

• Lead the website migration process, ensuring a seamless transition for business customers

• Manage communication with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Oversee technical scheduling and resource coordination

• Support infrastructure and project teams in website management, upgrades, and rollouts

• Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met

• Utilize MS Project, Visio, and project management methodologies to track progress and resolve challenges



Additional Details:

• Primarily a sedentary role, with occasional walking, standing, bending, and light lifting (under 10 lbs.)

• Requires moderate dexterity (keyboard, calculator, etc.)

• Fast-paced environment with short turnaround times
