The position is able to telecommute; however, work hours are either Eastern or Central time zones.



Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent experience

• 4+ years HEDIS® or CMS stars experience

• Health care industry experience with claims, member or provider data

• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize deliverables

• Experience leading functional or segment teams or projects

• Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills



Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

This role’s primary function is to perform and/or facilitate functions ensuring Prospective and HEDIS® quality reporting requirements are met in accordance with NCQA, CMS and State technical specifications with the CQDB/Cloud migration. Position will support accurate and timely issue resolution and data reporting and provide overall support. All work supports Commercial, Medicare & Medicaid quality improvement programs. This position reports to the Senior Director, QOI Prospective Management & Custom Team (PMCT).



Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform and / or facilitate functions ensuring Prospective and HEDIS® quality reporting requirements are met in accordance with NCQA, CMS and State technical specifications with the CQDB/Cloud migration.

• Project management and collaboration with applicable internal stakeholders to obtain in-depth information / data about internal / external customer requirements for reporting

• QA / analysis of large data sets used for reporting and QA / analysis of subsequent deliverables, including review of work performed by others.

• Respond to inquiries in writing and/or verbally regarding rate results, data completeness / quality and review member / provider specific concerns. Identify and trouble-shoot anomalies in production process and subsequent deliverables

• Motivates and inspires other team members

• Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
