Job Description
REMOTE role - PST candidates preferred



We are seeking a highly skilled Martech and Automation Support Management Specialist to manage the support process for AYMT (Actions You May Take) tips.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of AYMT, experience with tip creation, management, and optimization, and excellent problem-solving skills.



Key Responsibilities

• Manage the AYMT tip lifecycle

• Troubleshoot technical issues

• Assist in migrations

• Provide customer support, and identify opportunities for process improvement.



Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AYMT, its architecture, and its components.

• Experience with tip creation, management, and optimization. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.



Education:

• BS degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Analytics or related



Must-have skills:

• 5+ years of experience

• Creating marketing communications on a marketing platform Data experience

• Understanding of how to build omnichannel journeys within a marketing platform

• Strong understanding in developing marketing inclusive of segments, exclusions & holdouts

• Strong experience in campaign measurement performance and troubleshooting
