Job Description
The manager is looking for someone to sit at the front desk of the law firm, so hospitality and reception skills are important.

This position will include restocking beverages, tending to the reception area, surface-level cleaning, scheduling meetings, entering time, occasionally entering billing, setting up conference rooms and coffee for meetings.

The manager would like to see candidates with reception experience in a law firm, switchboard/reception experience is great as well as customer service skills.

This job will mostly require sitting down, however, the candidate should be able to lift up to 50 pounds.



Prior Admin, customer service, and receptionist experience is desired.
