Job Description
• Total Experience must be at least 18 years Oracle EBS Projects Experience must be at least 15 years

• Oracle EBS SCM Functional Skills

• Ability to manage supplier relationships, including supplier performance evaluation, collaboration, and compliance in Oracle SCM.

• Ability to perform cost management processes for supply chain operations, including cost control, cost analysis, and cost reporting in Oracle SCM.

• Expertise in procurement processes, including requisitioning, purchasing, supplier management, and procurement contracts in Oracle SCM.

• Familiarity with supplier collaboration processes, including supplier portals, VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory), and supplier scorecards in Oracle SCM.

• Expertise with order management processes, including sales order processing, order promising, and order fulfillment in Oracle SCM.

• Proficiency in inventory management processes, including inventory optimization, replenishment, and inventory tracking in Oracle SCM.

• Proficiency in managing product lifecycles, including product development, change management, and product data management in Oracle SCM.

• Knowledge of warehouse management processes, including warehouse configuration, inventory handling, and warehouse operations in Oracle SCM.

• Understanding of inventory optimization techniques to minimize carrying costs, improve service levels, and enhance inventory turnover in Oracle SCM.

• Understanding of logistics and transportation management processes, including shipment planning, execution, and tracking in Oracle SCM.

• Understanding of the financial impact of supply chain decisions on the organization, including cost-benefit analysis, profitability analysis, and budgeting.

• Oracle EBS Functional Skills

• Ability to configure Oracle EBS modules to meet specific business requirements In-depth knowledge of specific Oracle EBS modules Understanding of the business processes and how they are mapped within Oracle EBS modules Technical Skills Basic understanding of SQL and PL/SQL to query the database and understand the data structure.

• Defining requirements for custom reports and coordinating with technical teams for development.

• Develop and implement change management plans to facilitate smooth transitions.

• Develop functional specifications for customizations and enhancements.

• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

• Develop UAT plans and test scripts.

• Ensure that changes are communicated effectively to all stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within Oracle EBS.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and customizations.

• Map current business processes to Oracle EBS processes.

• Perform gap analysis between business requirements and Oracle EBS capabilities.

• Provide post-implementation support to resolve functional issues.

• Provide recommendations for leveraging new functionalities to enhance business processes.

• Stay updated with the latest Oracle EBS features and best practices.

• Track and resolve issues identified during UAT.

• Work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

• Ensuring alignment between the project deliverables and the organization''s business goals.

• Serving as the main point of contact for functional issues and escalations.

• Identifying and mitigating risks related to the functional aspects of the project Developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions.

• Monitoring progress and ensuring that functional deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

• Ensuring that functional designs and configurations meet quality standards and business requirements.

• Coordinating and overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT).
