Job Description
Required Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent



Job Overview: The Order Desk Analyst I is responsible for processing all new AHM Company Vehicle orders for qualifying associates. The objective of this position is to validate and process company vehicle orders based on order type and associate eligibility and ensure accuracy of order entries in the CICS mainframe system.



Order Analyst Job Duties:

• Handling of incoming calls and correspondence from Associates and Dealers

• Company Car Order Validation / Processing

• Distribution of Release / Pick-Up paperwork to associates

• Ensure document completion for vehicle returns

• Planned Disposition Date Reconciliation
