Job Description
Overview (Production Worker)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker for our 1st Shift operations. This role involves inspecting, labeling, and packaging raw and finished products to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards. This position may require work in a clean-room environment, where adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is essential. Moderate supervision is provided, allowing for independent, efficient, and accurate work.



Basic Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: Minimum of 1+ year(s) of experience in a similar role or in a manufacturing/production environment.



Key Responsibilities

• Inspection of Products: Examine raw materials and finished goods for any defects or irregularities, ensuring quality standards are consistently met.

• Labeling and Packaging: Properly label and package products according to company specifications to support product safety, identification, and compliance.

• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate production records, as required, in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure traceability and compliance.

• Clean-Room Protocols: Adhere to clean-room protocols and procedures, if assigned to work in controlled environments, to maintain product integrity and meet industry standards.

• Safety and Quality Compliance: Follow safety and quality guidelines diligently, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors as needed.

• Support Production Goals: Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and maintain optimal workflow efficiency.
