Job Description
Required Education:
• High school graduate with two to three years of related experience

Preferred Education:
• Four-year degree from an accredited college or university is preferred but not required

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Payroll, payment-related, and invoices

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Payroll processing, ADP, Cronos, and payment related.

Job Overview:
• This role will support processing payroll, maintaining records, and answering employee questions.

Job Duties:
• Prepares the monthly payroll, conducting the necessary processes for payment of the various components of salary, such as vacation pay, overtime, etc.
• Is also responsible for payment of legal charges and statutory withholdings, such as employee guarantee fund, social security, income tax, labor dues, etc.
• Makes the calculations of payments related to dismissals.
