Required Education:

• High School Diploma or Above



Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations

• In-depth knowledge of statutory requirements, including social security, income tax, and labor laws

• Proficiency with any payroll software and systems, as well as advanced Excel skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization

• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion



Payroll Specialist Job Overview: As a Payroll Specialist you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless and accurate processing of payroll for our valued employees. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll operations, from calculating and disbursing payments to ensuring compliance with legal and statutory requirements. Your expertise will contribute to the financial well-being of our employees and the overall success of our organization.



Payroll Specialist / Payroll Analyst Job Duties:

• Payroll Processing: Prepare and execute monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries, including base pay, overtime, vacation pay, bonuses, and other compensation components

• Statutory Compliance: Manage and process statutory withholdings, including social security contributions, income tax, employee guarantee funds, labor dues, and other legal charges, ensuring full compliance with local regulations

• Termination Calculations: Accurately calculate final payments for employee dismissals, including severance pay, accrued vacation, and other entitlements

• Record Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times

• Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making and strategic planning

• Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly

• Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes, enhance efficiency, and implement best practices

• Audit and Compliance: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure payroll processes meet regulatory requirements and organizational standards
