Job Description
Required Education:
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician
• Advanced computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet utilization.
•NC Pharmacy License
•Provide a copy of the License or Certification with the Resume
Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
•National Pharmacy Certification.
Pharmacy Technician Overview
•As a Pharmacy Technician working in the backend of the Specialty Pharmacy, you would be responsible for all aspects of filling prescriptions and coordination of safe and effective drug distribution systems.
•A successful Picking Pharmacy Technician will need to be accurate and detail oriented while pulling the correct drug, strength and brand as indicated on each prescription label.
