Job Description
Required Education:

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience



Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in post-production, marketing operations, or creative project management

• Strong understanding of photo retouching, visual content production, and quality control



Post-Production Manager Responsibilities:

• Workflow: Oversee the post-production workflow, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality imagery while maintaining production schedules. This includes but is not limited to - backing up hard drives to the server, puling raw files, communicating markup requests and timelines, kicking off projects with vendors, updating status documents, etc.

• Quality Control: Review, approve, and deliver retouched images, ensuring they meet the company's standards/guidelines

• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, creatives, and post production vendors. Own relationship with post vendors

• Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest retouching techniques, software, and industry trends to implement best practices in the workflow. This individual will manage projects in workfront and smartsheet

• Project Management: Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively
