Job Description
***Only qualified Privacy Design Business Analyst candidates located near the Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC areas to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***



Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required



Required Qualifications:

• At least 7 years working in data privacy at a financial institution, fintech or insurance company

• Specific skill set in privacy risk and compliance program

• Control design in order to be successful in the role

• Experience leading a project from end to end

• Experience completing privacy impact assessments



Responsibilities:

• Role is to perform CTR-54921, Enterprise Change Risk Privacy Impact Assessment

• Skill set does not drive position requirements, but rather the position requires someone with a specific skill set in privacy risk

• Ensures that plans and resource assignments are created and work progress is report via status reports

• Compliance program and control design in order to be successful in the role
