Job Description
Client is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven producer to identify, connect with, and build meaningful partnerships with cultural institutions worldwide. This role is critical to designing and onboarding unique experiences that showcase the rich diversity of cultural offerings on Client. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner from initial outreach to full operational integration, ensuring a seamless and successful onboarding and overall experience execution.



Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in cultural partnerships, program management, or related fields.

• Proven track record of managing relationships with cultural institutions or other high-profile stakeholders.



Skills:

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a collaborative and approachable demeanor.

• Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and co-develop engaging, marketable experiences.

• Exceptional project management skills with experience overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

• Proficient in operational systems and tools with the ability to guide others through processes.



Travel Requirements:

• Frequency: Travel is expected approximately 20% of the time, depending on the needs of cultural institutions, project timelines, and activation schedules.

• Locations: Travel will include domestic and international destinations, focusing on key markets where cultural institutions are located, or experiences are being produced.

• Flexibility: This role requires the ability to accommodate occasional last-minute travel needs or schedule adjustments to ensure successful execution of projects.





Key Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Development

Identify and proactively engage cultural institutions (museums, galleries, theaters, historic sites, etc.) that align with Client vision and strategy.

Build trust-based relationships with cultural institution leaders, advocating for innovative and mutually beneficial collaborations.

Explore creative ways to co-create unique, localized experiences that highlight the cultural institution''s strengths and attract Client guests.



2. Experience Design & Strategy

Collaborate with cultural partners to conceptualize one-of-a-kind experiences tailored for Client global audience.

Provide strategic insights and guidance to partners on experience design, pricing, and marketing to optimize guest engagement and satisfaction.



3. Onboarding & Operational Oversight

Shepherd cultural institutions through the onboarding process, from the initial concept phase through operational integration into the Client system.

Assist partners with navigating Client systems, tools, and guidelines to ensure smooth launch and management of their experiences.

Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive partnership experience.



4. Project & Stakeholder Management

Partner cross-functionally with Client marketing, product, and operations teams to support successful experience launches.

Monitor and manage onboarding timelines, ensuring deliverables are met and experiences progress as planned.

Collect and analyze feedback from cultural partners and guests to refine and enhance program outcomes.



5. Experience Management

Create ROS

Conduct site visits to evaluate locations, assess logistical requirements, and collaborate with cultural institution partners on experience design.

Coordinate with local teams and vendors to finalize production details, including setup, equipment needs, and timelines.



Live Experience Production:

Be on-site to oversee the execution of live experiences, ensuring all elements run smoothly and align with the agreed vision.

Manage vendor relationships, troubleshoot issues, and adapt quickly to any last-minute changes or challenges.

Provide hands-on support for load-in, setup, rehearsals, and event execution to maintain high production standards.



Post-Production:

Facilitate post-event breakdowns, including load-out and equipment retrieval.

Conduct debriefs with cultural partners to gather feedback and identify opportunities for future improvements.



6. Performance Measurement

Track key metrics such as experience bookings, guest satisfaction scores, and partner engagement to assess program success.

Present performance insights and recommendations for improvement to internal stakeholders.
