Job Description
• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team, with a primary focus on deburring parts.
• In this role, you will be responsible for deburring, detailing, and finishing parts according to print specifications and manufacturing procedures.
• Additionally, you will operate pre-programmed CNC machines and use a Bridgeport machine for established machining tasks.
• The main responsibility of this role is deburring parts, cleaning and inspecting them for quality, and ensuring all finished parts meet the necessary standards.
• You will also assist with operating the Bridgeport by following pre-set programs, and running CNC machines to cut bar stock materials, help maintain proper material storage, and perform basic machine maintenance.
• Ensuring a clean and organized workspace, completing required documentation to track production tasks, and following company safety procedures are essential aspects of this role.
• A commitment to safety and attention to detail is critical.
• While prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply, particularly those who can follow instructions closely and are dedicated to maintaining a safe work environment.
