Job Description
Description:
• Assembly, disassembly, and cleaning of various types of equipment for the manufacturing work centers. The Process Wash Operator is a critical part of the Client Manufacturing Department at the Walpole, MA site. This position interacts with various Manufacturing, Production, and Engineering departments.


Shift Timing: 2nd shift (2 PM to 10:30 PM)
Training: Training period will be during 1st shift (6 AM to 2:30 PM) for ~4 to 6 weeks

Required:
• Position is responsible for cleaning all equipment used in numerous manufacturing processes, which includes portable tanks, labware and other process equipment.
• Experience working in a clean/controlled manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic Computer skills such as Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must pass a DEA Background check.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 45 lbs.


As a Process Wash Operator, you will be responsible for:
• Operating portable tank COP (Clean-out-of-Place) systems, operating Steris parts washers and multiple models of autoclaves.
• Managing the collection of dirty equipment and re-distribution of clean equipment to and from various work center locations and multiple clean storage areas.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Monitoring and restocking COP chemicals that support the cleaning equipment.
• Supporting manufacturing personnel with various requests.
• Following instructions for various technical studies.

Soft Skills:
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to carefully follow procedures as written and assigned.
• Good documentation practices including legible handwriting.
• Attention to detail and good time management skills are a must.
• Strong communication skills within and across multiple shifts.
