Job Description
Skills:
• 4+ years in event production, hospitality or social media community
• 4+ management
• 4+ years in a client-facing or guest-facing role
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of creative and production workflows
• Travel up to 15%

Responsibilities:
•Support and execute end-to-end production workflows to deliver successful productions and high-quality guest experiences
• Support internal production leads with experiences and event logistics and coordination Manage and engage with our guests (online) responding to messages in a timely and authentic manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive optimization of the guest communications including drafting and maintaining FAQs, informing best practices and sharing learnings with key stakeholders
• Adopt, develop and master internal tools, trainings, and processes that drive daily production operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Act as an advocate for guests and supporting initiatives that improve the overall experience for internal teams and external guests
•Work Location: Remote
