Job Description
Must-Have Skills:
• Really strong project management or program management skills- 5 years- Operations experience
• Regulation policy and public affairs, working with compliance, policy and comm teams. Public Affairs, GO to market strategy and planning
• Complex, ever changing requirements, comfortable in ambiguity, experience in special projects

Nice-to-have Skills:
• Consulting experience (being thrown in different projects)
• 3+ Data analytics, proven experience of data driven results

Summary:
This role is responsible for executing on go-to-market strategies related to youth. More specifically, you will be responsible for driving go-to-marketing plans to achieve specific business outcomes and working cross functionally with partners and leadership throughout the company.

Job Responsibilities:
• Bring product launches to life by leading the go-to-market strategy, messaging, and creative asset development
• Influence product strategy and communications through relevant market insights, driving alignment across teams when needed
• Tackle complex, highly visible and sensitive issues with a strategic mindset and create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those issues
• Manage high priority, fast moving decisions and communication planning
• Be willing and able to flex between strategic and tactical/executional responsibilities

Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
• Project or program management experience
• Experience working on public affairs or regulatory compliance projects
• Experience working on a technical product that impact policy, privacy, or crisis response
• Experience working with cross-functional teams

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Creative, Social Sciences
• Experience in public affairs, policy, politics, or media

Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Partner with agencies, run a go to market XFN teams, build things across Client Apps, a strong operations experience is needed, the first half of this role is high execution, how do we level and scale programs in Go To Market Planning, working with XFN partners with comms, policy, legal and products, building out ways, understanding regulations and how that translates, how do we grow and approve. Program management with go to market execution, how to scale things and run end to end
